Volunteering with the Woodburn Fire Department demands significant effort and commitment. Our volunteers invest over a year in training to become Firefighters or EMTs. This dedication brings lifelong friendships, practical experience in Public Safety and Emergency Services, and extensive training opportunities!

We expect a "No" here! Most of us start without them.
Becoming a volunteer is both rewarding and demanding and requires a major time commitment. Members are required to take various training classes that may include both evening and weekend hours, attend monthly membership meetings, help with various station events, and be available to respond to emergency calls. Is this something you can commit to?
